This modern restaurant with 60 seats on the terrace is maintained by Cyril Micard, who gave the famous Auberge de la Seine in 2012. His reputation is no longer to be done. The dishes are rich and inspired by regional cuisine, composed of fresh products from the local Champagne region: The incontournable is the perfect place to stay.
