This modern restaurant with 60 seats on the terrace is maintained by Cyril Micard, who gave the famous Auberge de la Seine in 2012. His reputation is no longer to be done. He is dedicated to his wife and team, now fully at this th century facility. The Clock Brasserie is ideally located 3 minutes from the A 5 motorway exit. The dishes are rich and inspired by regional cuisine, composed of fresh products from the local Champagne region: The incontournable is the perfect place to stay. The map suggests starters and dishes regularly renewed. You can discover among other things, the bowl of the fatty liver "house" to the pupil of Troyes, the duck magret to the cider of the Country of Othe… The colors frame awakens the appetite. It is intended for business lunches or family lunches than for dinner dinners. The service level is fast, efficient and professional, which remains paramount.
