Under the family impetus, Aurélien Gerbais manages 14 hectares of vineyards, mainly planted with pinot noir and chardonnay, but also with meunier and a "forgotten" variety: pinot blanc vrai. The vines ensure a fine production of wines entirely made here, in the family press: Réserve, Rosé, L'Audace, Rosé de Saignée, Coteaux Champenois Rouge, Prestige, as well as the jewel in the crown, "l'Originale", a 100% pinot blanc champagne and an extremely rare and surprising wine to bring back in your suitcases to impress your guests!
