Gyéjacquot Champagne is today in the hands of Cyril and Frédéric, the sons of one of the two founding brothers, Michel Gyéjacquot. Since 1970, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes have been planted with the greatest respect for nature and tradition. The cuvées produced by this fine house bear witness to this. The editors have chosen two wines in particular. Predominantly Chardonnay, the Cuvée Prestige offers fine vanilla notes, while the Cuvée Millésime boasts a gourmet finish. To be discovered without moderation!
