The castle, worthy of fairy tales built in the 1472 th century, survived harsh battles before being besieged by Louis XI in. Fairy or appearance? Legend is that the Mélusine Fairy, cursed by her husband, still prowls. Its assets are not the least: Jean-Baptiste Lassus and Viollet-le-Duc, the masterpieces of Notre-Dame-de-Paris, were responsible for the restoration of this historic monument based on the old plans.
