In this house on the outskirts of the village, the 22-hectare vineyard has been cultivated for more than two centuries, with respect for tradition. The range is truly beautiful and full of nuances. You'll fall in love with their rosé champagne, produced by maceration of pinot noir grapes, as well as the cuvée Blanc de Noir Millésime 2006, a 100% pinot noir with excellent ageing potential, best enjoyed with a foie gras terrine and gingerbread crumble.
