Manon and her "daughters" await you just outside Troyes. This livestock breeder runs her herd with great tenderness, caring for it, milking it, processing the milk and marketing her cheeses and yoghurts. You can visit the farm and buy directly from her. In the store, you'll find logs, fresh and semi-fresh goats' cheeses, tomes and ash goats' cheeses, as well as yoghurts and ice creams. When the weather's fine, Manon offers aperitifs with wine and cheese tastings, and cheese and beer pairings. You're sure to fall in love!

Owner's Message
Au cœur de la chèvrerie was born of a desire to create a goat dairy as close as possible to Troyes.
Some forty goats produce milk, and I myself transform all the milk on site into cheeses, yoghurts and other dairy desserts. My daughters (goats) enjoy the 4 hectares of meadow that have been planted to their delight. 90% of the production is sold directly from the farm via the on-site store. I have chosen to follow the seasonality of the goats, so they produce milk from March to November. If you come to the farm, you can even see the girls and give them a hug.
