You arrive in a beautiful 17th-century stone house with a square tower and vaulted cellars. Vincent Bartnicki will introduce you to his House, his wines and his vineyard. Here, bottles are still stirred by hand, an operation that precedes the disgorging phase. You'll find 100% pinot noir champagnes and pinot/chardonnay blends. The Elegarose chardonnay cuvée and the Fût de chêne cuvée are both original, convivial wines.
