In 2022, Jérémy took over the reins of the family estate founded in 1945, joined by Adeline Fluteau and his sister-in-law Mathilde Bertillon. This dynamic team cares for their vineyard, which is predominantly planted with Pinot Noir and cultivated in a sustainable manner. Among the estate's seven cuvées is the floral Cuvée Écho, also available in rosé. The 100% pinot noir cuvée Cœur de cuvée promises a fruity touch. Cuvée Rétrospective is greedy and spicy, perfect as an aperitif or with food.
