CHAMPAGNE CHARLES DUFOUR
In the Dufour, father and son, the vine is ancestral knowledge, a precious legacy of love and experience, where the different vines share a sunny slope. The area, situated between Les-sur-Sur and Essoyes, makes very beautiful champagnes, close to natural nature of the land and grape varieties. It is a family business where, from father to son, it is passed on by improving the techniques - Charles Dufour, now in charge of the vine, activist for an increasingly natural work. Interesting vintages, showing liveliness and freshness, such as white white, from Pinot Blanc, or extra crude, Counter Bubbles, which surprise by its full and exuberant character. Vintage Avalon, made of chardonnay, is well done. The wines of the area are always well placed with regard to prices.
