FERME BIO THOREY

Ferme Bio Thorey, located in Lantages, Aube, is a family farm that has been involved in organic farming since 1968. It offers a wide range of organic products, including beef, veal and pork, as well as dairy products, cereals and sunflowers. The farm also implements environmentally-friendly practices, such as methanization and the use of solar panels. Produce is sold directly from the farm, two days a month, avoiding intermediaries and offering affordable prices. Consumers can pick up their orders at the farm near Chaource, or at several pick-up points in the Aube and Yonne regions. Visits to the farm are organized on a regular basis, enabling visitors to gain a better understanding of how organic farming works. Ferme Bio Thorey is located south of Troyes, near Chaource, Bar-sur-Seine and Ervy-le-Châtel, close to Burgundy and the departments of Yonne and Côte-d'Or.
