We love the warm welcome, the old press and the lovely vaulted cellars here. Champagne Horiot, established 12 generations ago, is well worth a visit for its cuvées: the Cuvée Spéciale Jean-Baptiste, a blend of mostly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with its beautiful golden-yellow color; its Champagne Brut Rosé, made by maceration in wooden vats, darker than a blended rosé (white+red mixed), with a pretty raspberry color.
