CHAMPAGNE JACQUES DEFRANCE

Domaine Jacques Defrance, located in the heart of the Côte des Bar region, has been producing an exceptional range of wines since 1867, including the famous Les Riceys rosé. Since 1988, Christophe Defrance, at the head of the vineyard, has been practicing integrated viticulture that respects biodiversity. All the estate's soils are cultivated mechanically. And since 2017, the estate has been certified Terra Vitis and more recently HVE level 3. The cuvée Native Extra-Brut, with its notes of mirabelle plum and pear, stands out.
