In the village of Les Riceys, you'll find the home of Olivier Horiot, a small estate where the winemaker's talent is expressed in the most beautiful way. Great care is taken to respect nature and the soil, and this tradition has always shaped the estate's wines, always given them their identity. Since 2020, Champagne Olivier Horiot has been offering still wines, with rosés from Les Riceys and Côteaux-Champenois, as well as, since 2004, a range of vintage champagnes. An estate to discover and recommend.
