A lover of snails that pupil, transforms and present some 200 000 snails, large-gray selected for their robustness. Pascale Allot established his escargotière in the early 2000 s and has since every year made wonderful regional specialities (nature snails, cassolette snails, chaource…) but also fresh (in shell, croquilles, white boudin to snails…). Breeding visits by appointment (during breeding periods may be from May to September): You can only advise him if you have children (knowing that with the tasting, the adults are at risk of doing so!). Certified Welcome to the farm, the reception is irreproachable and if Pascale Allot seems a little shy, she will respond passionately to your questions.
