LE VAL MORET
This restaurant, which is seen from the motorway in the evening, is a little too much, but the attention has to be drawn… The room was clean and the breakfast was good. You enter a place where you have preserved the charm of good manners, customer attention. Two rooms welcome you, apart from small cocoon lounges: an interior, and one in a light extension with a beautiful view on the plains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Chairs, elegantly folded tablecloths. The gastronomic side is there, but without being charged at the outset the quality of the service. The very affordable midi formula offers fresh products with a working plate. The carpaccio calf head will have top on all prejudices. The chef revisits the verrins in large translucent glasses, idem for floating islands, unless you let yourself be enchanted by the olive oil sorbet that accompanies salmon. The cheese is served on the old side on a presentation cart with a considerable supply of local products. All budgets receive the same attention. An ideal stop for a long journey!
