Chef Gilles Roeckel works here as a family with his wife Michèle and children Mégane and Antoine. White kidneys are one of his Alsatian specialties, and he's one of the last restaurateurs in the region to offer them. If you've never tried this special dish before, go ahead: it's delicious! If you're not too keen, you can opt for one of the other regional dishes on the à la carte menu, unless you prefer pizza or tarte flambée. All served with a smile, in a friendly, good-natured atmosphere.
