SAINT-PIERRE-ÈS-LIENS COLLEGE

Called this because it was governed by a college of 13 canons, the Saint Peter collegiate is a "small cathedral" of the th century, remarkable by its Gothic architecture. It is also a real art museum from the th century to the th century. In fact, there are more than 60 works representative of the Statuary and Champagne statuary, and in particular the Imagier workshop of Mussy, which made the fourteenth of the magnificent works, including a Saint Jean Baptiste and a monolith tomb with recumbent. It remains to be seen at the edge of the canal, a cross of pity - th century - and later the house of canons - th century - the ultimate remnant of the thirteen houses that surround the church. This heritage is in full restoration. The building starts in 2011 and a day will come when the monument will regain its full splendour. In the meantime it is open to the public, so we see a beautiful overview.
