It is a place that is often ignored and even more function. The Mussy-sur-Seine cooler consists of a spectacular stone cylinder of 10 m deep and about 7 m in diameter. From the outside, difficult to get a clear idea of the thing. This cooler was in some way the fridge of Langres bishops when they stayed in Mussy during the summer. It is in an excellent state of conservation, rare in France, and is visible upon request at the tourist office.
