Frédéric Joly, a fourth-generation winegrower, is in charge of the estate and its development. In the Côte des Bars, this small vineyard with great wines has always emphasized a deep attachment to tradition in the making of its champagne. With pinot noir and chardonnay grape varieties, the house offers delicate cuvées in which the terroir expresses itself. The Grande Cuvée expresses true elegance and a beautiful bouquet. Also worth tasting is the Cuvée Coup de Cœur 2020, rich and complex, full of freshness.
