In the typically champenois greenery of a xviith century presbytery, there are seasonal products, vegetables from the "medieval" vegetable garden and local specialties. The map is simple, with a variety of dishes and guaranteed freshness. Table dressing is treated and the menu will not deviate from this rule. Here, the foie gras is homemade and the coffee gourmand really gourmand. The reception room, which has just been completely renovated, is an asset, which can accommodate more than 100 people! In summer, staff may seem a little more overstretched, but we must be indulgent. If they are relational, they bet less on the commercial dimension, and that is so much better!
