Champagne, the land, is one thing, but the rusticity of the restaurant and its multifunctional side (between buralist, coffee and restaurant) have lost. The reception is quite noisy, we would like more heat, and a more maintained room and annexes… Kitchen level, the place offers traditional dishes, simplicity and freshness: crudity, peanuts of Troyes peasant, paved with rumstly rumble to morilles, or a stove of walnuts from Saint-Jacques to Noilly-Prat… The menus of the week are classic, and are lacking a little originality, like the menus Gourmand and Campagnard, but the kitchen is generally like the owners, warm.
