We began with a tour of the traditional press, the vat room and the cellar, followed by a tasting of brut and rosé champagne. All the while, we get to know the house: over 30 years in business, 12 ha of vines, including 6 ha for our own production. A vast range, including Tradition, Réserve, Rosé, Cuvée Dame Nesle and Cuvée Prestige. Maison François Brossolette champagnes are authentic and sunny.
