This association, Légum'andise, is designed to promote the establishment of fruit and vegetable canning, according to 3 principles; collecting edible, but non-marketable, fruit and vegetables, transforming them into high-end recipes, packed jars, thanks to the contribution of people through economic activity, dedicate 20% of the production to the supply of places for distribution of food for the poor.
