The Georges Royer library, located in Saint-André-les-Vergers, offers 30,000 books and a range of events, including meetings with authors, lectures and free activities for all. Registration is free for under-18s and students, with two formulas available: Réseau (for Troyes Champagne Métropole) or Proxi (local).
