CRAFT DISTILLERY OF THE PAYS D'OTHE
Artisanal, this is really the right word. The entrance is that of the house transformed into a museum, and otherwise we scream in the courtyard to call someone… This is not practical! The Chevallier family lives in the next house. Once we find them, the flavors are available to us. The alambic of 1920, at the Zola, handed over the cover regularly via the artisanal distillery of the Country of Othe, nestled on the large winding street, which distilled the fruits harvested from the previous year. Thus there are two ratafias of grapes, eight ratafias of fruit, and the spirits very appreciated by the amateurs. The house, anodine with its room becoming a museum-boutique, offers thirty spirits, 10 ratafias, a pure French whiskey and a vodka from the fruit of the orchard. Beautiful products, but the reception needs to be rethought.
