CHURCH OF ST. PHAL
In 1501, Artus de Vaudray and his wife, Claude de Montot, built the church instead of the old medieval castle, but due to lack of resources, the building was only sketched out. In the nineteenth century, the arrow is replaced by a dome. The frame of the carene nef is as interesting as the reliquaries are amazing. For example, there is a jaw of Saint Calixte. The statue is remarkable with, in particular, a representation of Saint Phal of the thirteenth century. The work was never completed, but the church was restored in 2003-2004. This does not explain the amazing mixture of stone and brick… Classified at Historic Monuments in 1985, the church makes the village doubly famous since it is here that Joan d 'Arc would have appealed to the Troyans.
