CHANTECLAIR
For 40 years, Chanteclair has been manufacturing its textile products from A to Z inside France. His commitment to "Made in France" has made the brand the darling of the Japanese. Its products are also certified as Origine France Garantie.
History. The Chanteclair textile company was founded in 1973 by Yannick and Jean-Pierre Chanteclair. It is located in the artisanal zone of Saint-Pouange, a small village located 10 km from Troyes, in the Champagne-Ardenne region. Since its creation, it has constantly adapted to the evolutions and requirements of the textile market, both nationally and internationally. It has developed a corporate culture and know-how that enable it to export its products to Japan today. The hosiery Chanteclair received the trophy of the Tour de France of the Champagne-Ardennes export.
The products. Chanteclair makes knitwear for men, women and children: t-shirts, trousers, boxers.... Its two flagship products are polo and marinière.
Employment. On a 5,200 m² site, it occupies a recent industrial building of 1,500 m² covered and employs about forty people. 40% of its production is made for the Japanese.
