Aucune information ne vous ai donnée pendant l'attente, aucune communication, rien.
Les gens vous passent devant sans aucune pression car évidemment aucun vigile ne surveille la file d'attente ils sont tous devant la porte d'entrée a attendre sur une chaise.
Très mauvaise organisation.
Perte de temps pour beaucoup de gens.
