The dishes are fresh, you are served the escalope à la crème with a jar of sauce in case you are greedy. The dish of the day varies, as does its name, every day. The vegetables are at the customer's choice. The staff is half professional but also in training. A little something extra: you can participate by rounding up your bill, with the "suspended meal": the principle is simple, you pay for a coffee, an extra meal, and it is added on a slate. Anyone who can't afford it will benefit.
