LE CAFÉ DE FOY
Flora and Alex put all their energy in this historic café of the tricasse city. Since the place Alexander-Israel has endured its cure of youth. This café de Foy has become an ideal spot to admire the beauty of the city on the terrace. On the giant screen, we follow football matches, lovers of paint admire the decor of the ceiling - original paintings representing different scenes including Maximilian Sébastien Foy, General and French politician - 1775-1825 - which has certainly given his name to the establishment. At times of meals, tables have their set-card in a still warm atmosphere. The fast and smiling staff serve the hurry, the hungry, the lonely… and the service continues its bonhomme. Salads on small or large plates, andouillette of Troyes, shallot mudflap, dessert to duck conflict or back of salmon to big salt… The layout of the mezzanine is successful, and the owners still have lots of ideas in mind to energize the places, it promises!
