The plates are copious, well sauced, but refined with choice products! The former Toque Baralbine has set down his plates in the city of Troyes. The calf's head in carpaccio will make more than one refuse to try this dish, andouillette of course, but also foie gras, squab... Les plats sont très beaux visuellement et tout simplement délicieux.
Le risotto de saint Jacques est à tomber.
Une belle découverte dans l'assiette de fromages.
Et un fondant au chocolat irrésistible.
