Restaurant offering copious, refined dishes with choice products

The plates are copious, well sauced, but refined with choice products! The former Toque Baralbine has set down his plates in the city of Troyes. The calf's head in carpaccio will make more than one refuse to try this dish, andouillette of course, but also foie gras, squab... Often accompanied by a lightly alcoholic sauce: ratafia, champagne, coteaux-champenois juice. We're in a place that's more gastronomic, despite the lightness of its name. Un restaurant au top à tous points de vue. Le repas était excellent des bouchées de l'apéritif au dessert. Les serveuses sont très gentilles, agréable toujours à prendre soin de vous sans vous déranger. La salle est cosy et bien décorée. Tout était parfait.

Une soirée anniversaire pour 14 personnes, ce n'est jamais évident. Le défi a été largement relevé par l'équipe de chez Daniel's tant en cuisine qu'au service.
Même si la réputation de l'établissement n'est plus à faire, c'est toujours bon de le signaler.
