Restaurant offering copious, refined dishes with choice products

The plates are copious, well sauced, but refined with choice products! The former Toque Baralbine has set down his plates in the city of Troyes. The calf's head in carpaccio will make more than one refuse to try this dish, andouillette of course, but also foie gras, squab... Often accompanied by a lightly alcoholic sauce: ratafia, champagne, coteaux-champenois juice. We're in a place that's more gastronomic, despite the lightness of its name. A tour of the kitchen, just looking at the unworked products, convinces us. The price matches the service...

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse soirée ici. Une ambiance formidable, un service formidable et une nourriture excellente.
Un prix élevé mais qui vaut chaque centime. Le poisson en particulier était le meilleur que nous ayons mangé depuis longtemps.

Tout simplement parfait du début à la fin ! Nos enfants de 5 et 8 ans ont mangé pour la première fois des plats gastronomiques de « grands » et n’ont absolument rien laissé (nous non plus d’ailleurs !). Bref, une merveilleuse soirée passée en famille et une formidable découverte dans un quartier très sympa et animé, nous aurons plaisir à revenir, lors d’une prochaine visite dans la région.

Restaurant agréable et confortable au cœur de Troys. Les sièges à l'extérieur sont très relaxants, le service est très bon. Nous avons pris un tataki de thon en entrée puis un poisson. Les deux sont super frais et savoureux.
