The cuisine of this couple from the Vosges, who have been living in Troyes for a long time, attracts the finest palates. The menu is varied and original: pork feet egg rolls, turbot with Béarnaise sauce, roasted monkfish with bacon, a raspberry omelet to finish in style... The Valentino is described as the best table in Troyes.
