Located right behind Troyes City Hall, the Bar of the Hotel de Ville, BHV for the intimate, has developed and offers events regularly. He makes a brewery at noon at 2 p. m. Tuesday to Saturday noon. Many people like to find themselves in the morning - the establishment opens at 8:00 a. m. - for a little black, or later, at lunch time, for example. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price of consumption seemed to us rather expensive but did not have a ticket, difficult to detail the price. It's amazing also that for a syrup, you're told that a brewery doesn't have any water to lie down and just give you another glass of water. Be careful to forget about biching customers, pedestrian streets and many other bars and restaurants offering a much more pleasant environment.
