MAIRIE
The imposing building of the town hall had its foundation stone laid in 1624 and a rejuvenation was needed. Now rejuvenated, with a pretty square as a red carpet, an old-fashioned merry-go-round, water strips as a reminder of the canal, its alleys and trees to make the square shady in the summer, the town hall is certainly one of the very first addresses to know and register when you settle in Troyes. At night, the square looks truly summery. It is obviously a source of information to find out about local associations, cultural and sporting life, reception facilities, etc. Directed by François Baroin, the town hall answers all your concerns. Access is via the Place Alexandre-Israël and not the Place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville. The staff is efficient and friendly.
