THE HALL MARKET

Troyes, like any big city, has a vibrant market with stalls from market gardeners, fishmongers, chocolatiers and butchers. What makes it so interesting is the Halles, which celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2017. Built in 1867 in the Baltard style, inspired by the old Halles in Paris, this building combines brick, iron and glass to create an impression of space and light. Recently renovated to preserve their charm, they are located in the heart of the city.
