CHOCOLATIER JEAN-PHILIPPE CHARPOT
This shop is located a little out of the city centre but remains one of Troyes' specialities: marzipan filled with candied cherries macerated in champagne marc or kirsch. The chocolates, pralines and marzipan are made in Jean-Philippe Charpot's laboratory, right before your eyes, except for the champagne corks and some sub-contracted fillings. It is Martine who welcomes and advises you. The house also offers a selection of teas, tea jellies, fruit and wine jams, as well as violet or poppy candies as in the past, chocolate bars, Marianne bites with dark chocolate and crushed almonds. Enough to satisfy your cocoa cravings. The 100 g of homemade chocolates cost 7.70 €. And it is very easy to park there, a detail that can also justify the stop.
