Visualize a feuilleté that subtly blends the flavours of butter and hazelnut, associated with an air cream and fermented to the good almond taste… This is the happy experience of the almond cream galette at Plique, which is a renowned bakery that this year proposes to slide a bean to the historic monuments of Troyes. The pastries are innovative, to frangipane, to chocolate, sometimes even to the apple, or even to the brioche version of the candied fruit and the breads are also the subject of a considerable variation, with this obsession to satisfy all tastes: rye, complete, cereals, baguette, unleavened… The pastries are just as sexy. As for Paris-Troyes or Saint-Pierre, they are simply divine. Plique now has several points of sale but does not agree with the service. Here, speed, advice and efficiency make it one of the city's two largest baker-baker.
