The beautiful forest of Othe constitutes the natural border between the valley of Armance and the country of Othe, at the limit of the communal forest of Vosnon, the communal woods of Villeneuve-au-Chemin and the private property of Volneuses. In the direction of the commune of Nogent-en-Othe by the D22, you will discover the Lord of the Othe forest: the Pied Cornier tree. This oak, more than 500 years old, is characterized by its hollow trunk of 5.80 m in circumference and 1.85 m in diameter. Why Cornier? Cornier means "a kind of ancient milestone".
