LES CONFITURES DES CARMOTTES
On the farm at Carmottes, Jeanne-Marie Collin develops jams and jellies developed from fruits, vegetables and flowers directly from his garden or the generosity of her neighbours. It also proposes traditional or original fruit pastes: dandelion, zucchini, parsley, apple… The famous cheuchons (dried apples) are exquisite. Crêpes payante tasting in jam for groups (3,50 € per person). There are other products here: champagne, wines of Coiffy and Montsaugeon, ruby of redcurrant, foie gras and specialities of duck, dried flowers, lentils, poultry on order. The products of this farm are also sold at the Fromagerie-Log cheese factory at the Thermal spa in the Marché market. You will be sure to taste these good products.
