PARC NATIONAL DE FORÊTS
1,000 km of hiking trails, dozens of horse-riding routes, cycling loops and itineraries... The Parc National de Forêts is a paradise for lovers of gentle mobility. All these trails can be explored independently: on bike, we like the Lily of the Valley loop, accessible to all levels of ability; on foot, don't miss the Black Stork circuit, a 20 km loop to meet these forest birds; on horseback, choose one of the seven stages of the Grand Tour Equestre... or follow the trails of one of the 8 signposted hikes.
Throughout 2024, synonymous with the 5th anniversary of the creation of the National Forest Park, guided events are being organized to have fun and learn while surveying the trails. Here are just a few ideas:
In search of forest mammals: Enter the depths of the Parc national de forêts and learn to recognize the tracks left by deer, wild boar and other large mammals.
Ghosts of the night: In the company of Samuel Courtaut, meet the nocturnal animals that inhabit the forest. Learn to recognize bats and discover the most beautiful moths. From July 5.
In the middle flows a river: How can we enjoy the beauty of a river without polluting it or disturbing the living creatures that thrive there? After taking a walk with Samuel and Martial along the banks of a river, you'll know the answer to this question!
