AUBERGE ABBATIALE
Traditional cuisine in an inn with a unique atmosphere in the heart of the Langres forest.
In the heart of the Langres forest, the 11th century abbey palace, 10 km from the highway, has been restored and converted into an inn. The different rooms have huge fireplaces, monastic tables with candlesticks, bread ovens or stained glass windows that immerse you in the Middle Ages. The cuisine is traditional and honors the products of the region with a menu of Langroise salad and snail pastry. On weekends, the waiters sometimes stroll between the tables in period costume for the delight of the guests.
