DROPY MILL
Near the Vingeanne is the Baissey watermill, the first of which dates back to the fifteenth century. Traditional mills of the region; in perfect operating condition, it is in the center of the village, which is rare because tradition wanted to isolate the mills of the village, being regarded as attractions for the forces of evil. On three floors it has evolved over time. In particular, he was accompanied by a small electrical plant in 1914, allowing the first electrification of Baissey. Under the leadership of the Friends of Baissey, the mill has been restored and is included in the additional inventory of Historic Monuments. He has now returned: the wheel wheel, the grinding wheels and other gear will revive to share the know-how of the millers of the past. It is open for Heritage Days and every Saturday in July-August.
