DAIMS PARK
A preserved natural site composed of rare species where a hundred deer live in freedom, to be visited in Châteauvillain.
In a preserved natural site made up of rare trees, a hundred deer live in freedom. A nice bucolic walk allows you to see them evolve. Also worth seeing are the remains of old quarries from which, among other things, the stones of the 12th and 14th century city walls were extracted. The park is closed during the reproduction period of the fallow deer and during the rutting season to preserve the tranquillity of the animals. A project for a natural discovery area, Animal Explora, is being developed.
