A new address which is displayed through its large bay windows. The approach is ethical in this crêperie. The furniture was made by a centre for work-related assistance. This is also the case with the ingredients that make up the pancakes and the dishes. The local first. The ciders are home-made, as are the ice creams. But also the eggs and the milk. It's well cooked and copious. The Chaumontais can have an air of Brittany but with local products.

La qualité des produits locaux donne de savoureuses galettes, crêpes et glaces. Le savoir-faire du patron contribue également à la réussite de cette crêperie traditionnelle. Cadre joliment décoré et ambiance sympathique. Nous ne sommes jamais déçus. Mérite d'être recommandé par le petit futé.

Des bons produits et du savoir-faire !
Pâte a galettes et à crêpes de qualité et bien préparée. Des produits locaux le plus possible et de qualité, une gentillesse, de bonnes idées et le tout fait maison (même la chantilly)! On peut manger les yeux fermés mais c'est encore meilleurs en regardant son assiette. (on peut même visiter la cuisine si besoin.) Nous y retournerons c'est obligé !
