In cooking, the chef continues to give the best of himself. A taste: the virgin oil bar, the melting of deer to Alsace wine and fresh herbal pasta, the heart of pan-fried beef fillet to mushrooms of our forests. Beautiful wine list with excellent wine from the Haute-Marne country.
