The gourmands know it: Mussy chocolates are among the best in the city. Sylvain Mussy's passion, set in his elegant Chaumont store for fifteen years, is chocolate. This master pastry pastry maker loves, above all, to work and invent ever more seductive flavours and textures. Its ganaches, including tea, are subtle, delicious and original jams (dandelion flowers for example), its 100% natural fruit syrups… You have to taste the Savignacs d'Or de Chaumont prepared in tribute to the International Poster Festival or the Petit Chaumontais which showcases the famous Viaduct. We also love the chocolate creations (deer, boars…) reminiscent of hunting, a very important activity in this department with beautiful and numerous forests. Sylvain Mussy also has a boutique in Paris, the Marais and Chaumont.
