Very good value for money! Since 2011, the owners have also been working to rediscover the authentic French cuisine to the people of the passageway. The chef, Mr. Chatelot, offers dishes in the purest haute Marnese tradition. Caterer, hotel, restaurant, you will find here a pleasant accommodation (7 double rooms or theme family in their decoration: African, London, design or romantic) and good cuisine. For stage evenings, a unique and rich menu is served, always with the desire to share local flavors.
